We are experts in building and running high fidelity ANSYS-FEA models for complex hardware substantiations. 

A.F.E.A. is a licensed Professional Engineering firm that focuses on ANSYS based finite element programing and analyses in support of
aerospace, manufacturing, product development, R&D, and oil-patch requirements. 

We deliver accurate results using statics, dynamics, heat transfer, aerodynamic loading, and fatigue (damage tolerant and safe-life) methodologies and correlate our models with classical hand calculations. We excel in producing quality results reports. 

All we need to start is a statement of work (SOW), an order, and any data that our customer chooses to provide.  We do the rest in a concise manner that is a simple as we can make it.  You need accurate results at a fair price and we deliver in a fully responsive manner.
 
Company history
AFEA began operations in 1992 as a two-man consultancy during engineering graduate studies at Purdue University. Since then, the company has grown to support diverse commercial and government requirements by deploying specialized engineering and business teams in response to commerce opportunities.

AFEA recently consolidated on its best core competency - ANSYS based modeling and programing.  We are experts at calculating minimum design and safety margins, interrogating static and dynamic load conditions, and computing residual component life using damage tolerant and safe life fatigue methodologies..

We are trained in the federal and industry regulations (FARs, DOD, FAA, ASME, ISO-9000, AS1000, etc).  We can even supply FAA-DER support for 8110-3 and STC requirements.  When requested, we can document work completed in our offices with a Professional Engineer stamp.
