We've always offered thermal and aero analyses using hand claculations to generate boundary conditions for FEA models, but can now offer computational fluid dynamic (CFD) support with additions to ourteam.
We can offer rapid-response expertise stemming from many years of diverse military, academic, aerospace, manufacturing, and R&D involvements. We have supported so many different types of complex industry requirements that we can complete task orders quickly - at impressive and lean rates. If the requirements call for on-site contracted specialists or deployed technical teams, or even out-sourced "cradle-to-grave" product developments, we are the ones to call.
We are trained in damage tolerant, fail-safe, and LEAN protocols, and leverage lots of experience with SolidWorks, ANSYS-FEA, FORTRAN, and VBA codes in support of our work. Our reports are well written and document confident design and safety margins. We are also a Veteran-owned business and trained in government security and cost-accounting practices
We have supported National Laboratories, commercial manufacturing, military aviation, aerospace firms, government contracts, and even the motion picture industry. At the moment, we are also acquring official credentials in support of aircraft certification.
